We are incredibly proud to announce that Easigrass has been selected as the official installation partner for Scottsdale Golf during one of the biggest weeks on the golfing calendar. For The Open week (Monday 13th – Sunday 19th July), we will be installing a spectacular, bespoke artificial putting green!
Located right in the heart of the action at Southport and Birkdale Sports Club, this isn’t just any putting green. This is The Ultimate Long Putt Challenge.
65 Feet of Pure Pressure
When Scottsdale Golf approached us with their vision, we knew it required the absolute highest standard of craftsmanship. We are engineering a massive, premium synthetic putting surface designed to mimic real-course conditions flawlessly, even under the heavy foot traffic of thousands of fans.
This custom-built 65ft monster putt will feature:
- Intricate Breaks & Contours: Testing the touch and reading skills of even the best golfers.
- Integrated Hazards: Bunkers and obstacles to navigate along the way.
- Professional-Grade Turf: Built using our signature tournament-quality synthetic turf for a true, consistent roll.

Whether you are heading to Royal Birkdale to watch the world’s best compete in the Major, or you are simply looking for an incredible day out in Southport, this event is for you.
The best part? You don’t need a ticket for The Open to attend. The Scottsdale Golf Takeover is completely **free** and open to everyone all week long.
Alongside our 65ft putting challenge, visitors can expect a vibrant festival atmosphere, huge prizes to be won, and plenty more surprises yet to be revealed by the Scottsdale team.
