The brief
The homeowner wanted a bespoke garden that combined the appearance of a high-quality lawn with a professional-grade training area. Because of the local heavy clay soil near the Humber Bridge, a traditional grass lawn would have been difficult to maintain and prone to drainage issues.
To solve this, we used two distinct elements:
- Main lawn (Mayfair): A realistic, multi-tonal artificial grass designed to create a lush, natural-looking finish.
- Putting green: A professional-spec putting surface designed for true ball roll and durability.
